The English proficiency type you specified ("English as a second language"), does not match what would normally be expected for your registered country of Canada ("Native English speaker").
If your English proficiency type truly is "Native English speaker", then remember that when you bid on projects where the buyer has filtered on english proficiency type, you should explain what your unusual situation(!) is and why you do qualify. Otherwise your bid could be viewed suspiciously and not given the consideration it deserves
